Stainless Steel Manufacturing
As highly experienced stainless steel fabricators, we find stainless steel a class above all other metals to work with. As well as being clean, bright and available in a number of highly decorative finishes to suit different uses, it is also a highly durable material. Unlike standard steel, stainless steel is highly resistant to rust and corrosion, making it a popular choice for applications that will be subjected to moisture, for example, high levels of humidity, vapour, immersion or exposure to rain.
When it comes to the surface, stainless steel is a highly workable metal, allowing for different finishes from the standard raw, which can then be polished to achieve either the Satin/Brushed appearance or polished to a highly reflective Mirror finish. Different grades can also be selected for different uses of stainless steel fabrication, for example, the most common 304 grade for internal use and the high specification 316 grade for external applications.
Stainless steel is widely used for many fabrication projects, including Water Tanks and Vessels, Kitchen Worktops, Hygienic Process Pipework, Brewing, Food Industry Goods, Architectural Projects, and high quality Home Design features, such as glass balustrade systems and Juliet balconies.
